What are "Golfer Points"?
Golfer Points are earned by all members for buying rounds of golf, playing in the Amateur Golf Tour, or weekly events. Findagolfer.com will also provide bonus points from time to time for a variety of different things. For example, we may give bonus points for referring other golfers to the site, uploading photos, reviewing or rating a golf course and etc.
How many points do I earn?
Each time you purchase a round of golf through Findagolfer.com, you will earn points based on the point structure below.
You can also earn points by purchasing rounds of golf through the Findagolfer.com discount section at all affiliate golf courses. Earn 1 pt for each dollar spent on the round of golfer. For instance, if the round of golf is $39, you would earn 39 points.
Is the course you want to play not an affiliate of Findagolfer? Well send us the course information and we will try to get you discounts. Send us the info here.
You will earn 100 points for playing in the Amateur Golf Tour. No other points will be awarded regardless of where you finish in your flight.
The Amateur Golf Tour is still having the individual points race for the year end. This is separate from the Golfer Points and will be awarded according to the original points structure. To see the Amateur Golf Tour Points structure, click here.
You will earn points for playing in our weekly events. These events will be played any day of the week but do not count the Amateur Golf Tour Events.
You will earn 1 pt. for each dollar spent to the play in the event as well as points toward the point standings prizes that are done during the year. Check out the great prizes just for playing golf with Findagolfer.com! click here.
Do I need to sign up for Golfer Points or pay a fee?
No, every Findagolfer.com member is automatically eligible for Golfer Points. There is no fee to join or start accumulating Golfer Points. Golfer Points will accumulate automatically to your account once you start playing in Findagolfer events, tournaments or buying individual rounds of golf.
Do the points I already have count or when does it start?
The new Golfer Points starts February 25, 2010 and any points you have accumulated up this point does not count toward the new Golfer Points program.
How do I use my Golfer Points?
All Golfer Points must be redeemed online through payments purchased directly through the Findagolfer.com website. Points can not be redeemed through cash payments at the golf course, although you will still accumulate points made by paying cash. When you check out, you will have the option to use any amount of qualifying points toward a discount on the purchase.
How much are the Golfer Points worth?
Golfer Points are calculated in 500 point increments. Each 500 points is worth $5. You will not be eligible to use Golfer Points until you have at least 500 points in your account. You can use the Golfer Points at any time or let them accumulate in your account and use them all at once. Remember, they can only be used in 500 increments.
Where can I see how many Golfer Points I have in my account?
The Golfer Points account will be listed on each golfers profile page on the website. You can see how many points you have accumulated and how many points you have used.

Terms and Conditions
Golfer Points have no cash value and can only be redeemed by making a purchase on the Findagolfer.com website. If a golfer is removed from the site, all golfer points be automatically become void. Golfers may not use golfer points to pay for any skins or contests at any event or tournament. All Golfer Points accumulated must be used with a 12 month period or they will become void. All other terms and conditions may apply.
